International Day of People with a DisAbility is a worldwide celebration to acknowledge the achievements of people of all abilities and to promote an understanding of disability issues. 
The City of Whittlesea celebrations include a free day of activities accessible to people of all abilities.
Attractions include performance, craft, music, food and dancing.
