You can call us on 03 9217 2170 Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm.
We will answer your call promptly and professionally and if we can’t answer your question immediately, we will connect you with the right person.
If you call us outside our business hours, our after-hours team can provide assistance for urgent matters such as: dog attack, wandering dog or livestock, dead animal on a road, fallen tree or branch blocking the road, footpath or driveway or any issues with a council building or facility.
Free interpreting services
We provide a free interpreter service for all customers. If you are a non-English speaker and need to phone us, first call the National Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450 and ask to be connected to the City of Whittlesea.
