Community Satisfaction Survey now open

From 11 March through to mid-April 2025, residents in the City of Whittlesea may be contacted to take part in a Community Satisfaction Survey.

The survey is conducted by independent research company, 3arc Social Pty Ltd, on behalf of Council as part of the annual Local Government Victoria Community Satisfaction Survey. Similar surveys will be undertaken across other Victorian councils.

This survey gathers feedback from a representative sample of more than 800 residents randomly selected and invited to participate in the online survey. It aims to assess the performance of the City of Whittlesea across a range of measures to help with continuous improvement in our service delivery to residents.
