Nominate a local hero for the 2024 Community Awards

Nominations are now open for the 2024 City of Whittlesea Community Awards.

The awards are an annual celebration that honours residents who have made an extraordinary impact on the community through their service, leadership, and dedication.

The 2024 Community Awards will be presented in the following categories:

  • Citizen of the Year
  • Young Citizen of the Year
  • Senior Citizen of the Year
  • Access and Inclusion Citizen of the Year
  • Sustainable Environment Citizen or Group of the Year

The awards will be presented during the annual City of Whittlesea Community Festival on Sunday, 16 March 2025.

Nominations are now open and will close on Wednesday, 5 March 2025. If you know someone who has demonstrated exceptional service and dedication to the community, we encourage you to submit a nomination.
