Major upgrades for kindergartens in Lalor, Epping and Mill Park

Three local kindergartens are getting major upgrades.

These improvements will create 194 new kindergarten places, making early education more accessible for families.

Dalton Road Kindergarten in Thomastown, Derby Meadows Preschool in Epping, and The Stables Kindergarten in Mill Park will all benefit.

Derby Meadows and Dalton Road will also include maternal and child health services providing families with a one-stop space for essential services. This is part of the $24.25 million Building Blocks Partnership and supports the Best Start, Best Life reform.

The Victorian Government has contributed $13 million to this project, with additional funding from the City of Whittlesea.
