Located in the heart of Whittlesea, our Whittlesea Service Hub provides residents in the north a convenient place to chat to our friendly customer service staff.

In addition to being able to pay your bills (cashless payments accepted) and have your say on a range of community consultations, you can also drop by and speak to one of our specialist staff who are based at the hub on the following days:

  • Business Concierge Tuesday, 9.30am-4pm
  • Building Services Wednesday, 9.30am-4pm
  • Planning Services Thursday, 9.30am-4pm

The Whittlesea Service Hub is located at 63 Church Street, Whittlesea.
