Epping Central

Set at Epping Metropolitan Activity Centre's heart, Epping Central is strategically placed between our southern established suburbs of Thomastown, Lalor, Bundoora and Mill Park, and the growth areas corridor to the north. These include Epping North, Wollert and Donnybrook. The area also has easy access to industrial land to the west.

Epping Central will continue to create jobs and business opportunities in retail, commercial and light industries.

ConnectNorth Business Park, Cooper Street and O'Herns Road Employment Precinct

Cooper Street West and South West Employment precincts

The Cooper Street West and Cooper Street South West precincts present significant opportunities for future investment.

Cooper Street’s role as a state-significant waste and resource recovery hub has been identified in the Statewide Waste and Resource Recovery Infrastructure Plan. This precinct will continue to service the local community and support initiatives to increase recovery and improved management of waste. Industrial opportunities are also available.

Cooper Street South West offers a range of state-of-the-art warehousing and logistics facilities, with design and construction opportunities still available.

These precincts provide opportunities for further employment growth and industry diversity with more than 200 hectares of industrially zoned greenfield land coming to market. These are expected to generate more than 6,000 jobs.

Council is currently looking to attract effective, innovative and forward-thinking initiatives that will create a world-leading hub.

Epping renewal: New Epping

The precinct spans 51 hectares of regenerated land adjacent to the Northern Hospital and the proposed Melbourne Food Innovation and Export Hubi. It is also home to the new Northern Private Hospital (currently under construction).

Set on 140 hectares of zoned land and located near the O’Herns Road diamond interchange, O’Herns Logistics Park is master-planned industrial employment precinct.

Flexible land and building options are available, with purpose-built buildings designed and delivered to your specifications with a focus on sustainable design.

Stage 1 includes land and construction packages with pre-leases and turnkey buildings, all positioned in the heart of the estate.
