We thrive on great customer service always keeping our clients in the loop. We also like to encourage our clients to call us for any questions or queries they may have as we are more than happy to help when we can. Here a few basic principles we follow:

-Site contact/s are contacted within 1 hour of receiving a work order. We have a full-time service manager who looks after all incoming work orders.

-We advise clients when job is booked in and scheduled with every work order we receive.

-All invoices are completed within 48hours with a reference to the property address.

-Before and after photographs are sent to client of work completed (where applicable).
