Inclusion Services by the Y

Inclusion Services by the Y is a local NDIS approved provider who are passionate about delivering person-centred support, services and programs.

We empower people with a disability, providing them with opportunities to participate in inclusive and innovative programs. We enable everyone to live to their full potential by enhancing socialisation, self-development, independence, self-esteem and motivation.

Our programs include disability camps, support coordination, school holiday program, 1:1 in home support, 1:1 community support, social support groups and disability recreation programs.

We provide the foundation for people to achieve their goals and empower them to lead dignified lives.
