Business Relocations and Growth Program Grants

The main purpose of this grant is to increase employment for our residents in our preferred target industries.

Applicants can apply for funding under one of the following grant categories:

  • business expansion 
  • capital investment
  • relocation or expansion to the City of Whittlesea.

The funding offered must be matched dollar-for-dollar by the business. It will be paid 12 months after the funding has been awarded and will be pegged to key milestones.

Applications opened 1 January 2024 and close 30 June 2025.

You can access incentives to help with research and development, support for small business, tax concessions and assistance for industries in transition through the Australian Government's Business website and the Business Victoria website.

Community Grants

The City of Whittlesea’s Community Grants are available all year round. The grants are available to people in the City of Whittlesea to support local programs, events, projects and initiatives.
