Station Road Development Plan

The Station Road Development Plan applies to seven properties in Mernda bound by Plenty Road to the west, Station Road to the east and Station Lane to the south. The Development Plan will guide the development of the site for residential purposes.

What the plan includes

The Station Road Development Plan (SRDP) aims to assist Council assessing future planning permit applications for subdivision, land use and development.

The SRDP is prepared in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Whittlesea Planning Scheme and Mernda Strategy Plan 2008.
