On 5 July 2016, we granted a planning permit to Coles Group Property Developments Ltd.
The permit allowed for the development of the Aurora Northern Town Centre at 315A Harvest Home Road, Epping.
The Aurora Northern Town Centre includes:
- a large full-line Coles supermarket
- a medium-sized Aldi supermarket
- a gymnasium
- a medical centre
- a pharmacy
- a café
- approximately 15 specialty retail shops
- a service station.
