The Wollert Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) is the primary plan guiding the future development of the Wollert precinct. It describes how the land is expected to be developed and how and the services planned to support development.
The plan is supported by the Wollert Development Contributions Plan (DCP). It requires development supporters to make a contribution toward the infrastructure required to support the development of the precinct.
