Amendment C241 – Shenstone Park Precinct Structure Plan (PSP)

Amendment C241 proposes to incorporate a new document into the Whittlesea Planning Scheme. The document is titled Shenstone Park Precinct Structure Plan, September 2019 (PSP).

This PSP applies to approximately 628 hectares of land. The area is bounded by Donnybrook Road to the north and the Melbourne to Sydney train line to the west. Donnybrook Railway Station is just outside the precinct on the north-west corner. 

The PSP and amendment were prepared by the Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) and were on public exhibition in November 2019. 

Planning panel

A panel hearing for the amendment was conducted between 16 November and 23 December 2020.

The final panel report was made publicly available on 9 March 2021.

Approval of Amendment C241: Shenstone Park Precinct Structure Plan

Amendment C241wsea was approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 28 January 2022.

Approval of Amendment C258: Shenstone Park infrastructure contributions plan

The Shenstone Park infrastructure contributions plan was approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 28 January 2022 under Amendment C258wsea to the Whittlesea Planning Scheme.
