You may be eligible for a bin replacement if your bin has been damaged or stolen or if it's gone missing.

You can report damaged, missing or stolen bins online, or call us on 03 9217 2170 for help if you need it.

If your bin is damaged or missing a lid, please report it via the button below. If you can't report it online, call us on 03 9217 2170.

Please leave your bin on the nature strip for repair or replacement.

It may take 5–7 business days for us to deliver your replacement bin.

Property numbers on bins

You can mark your Council bins with your property number.

  • Please make sure the number is clear and no larger than 15 cm high and wide.
  • Re-mark them as needed so your property number is clearly visible.
