Report a missed bin collection

Step 1.Report quickly

Please tell us within two business days after your scheduled collection day. Make sure to complete the online form before 5 pm on the second business day.

If you find that your bin was only partially emptied, it may be due to rubbish being compacted at the bottom. Please loosen any stuck material before submitting your request.

Step 2.We’ll check

Our team will look at video footage from the collection truck. What happens next depends on what the footage shows:

• If your bin was missed, we'll empty it within the next two business days.
• If your bin was already emptied, we won’t come to empty it again.
• If your bin wasn't out the front of your property for collection, we won't come to empty it.

Step 3.Be ready

• Please leave your bin at its usual collection spot at the front of your property.
