Our Youth Services team organise programs, events and projects that young people aged 10 to 25 can get involved in throughout the year.
Young Women's Leadership Program
This free eight-week program is designed to empower and inspire women aged 15 to 20 years.
Topics include:
- women in leadership
- challenging gender norms
- healthy relationships
- gender equity
- and more (of course).

FReeZA
Every Monday during school terms, the FReeZA crew gather to collaborate.
You're invited to immerse yourself in an atmosphere buzzing with creativity. Connect with like-minded individuals and explore the endless possibilities FReeZA offers.

Youth Take Over
Hang out and connect with young people in the City of Whittlesea at an after-hours event at Mill Park Library.
Bring your crew or meet new friends as we play board games, virtual reality, watch a movie and more. Come hungry because we provide snacks.
When: second Friday of every month from 6–9 pm.
Location: Mill Park Library, 394 Plenty Rd, Mill Park
Who: young people aged 15–25 years are welcome.
