Conservation Walk and Talk: Bridging Now to Next

Next date: Sunday, 01 June 2025 | 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Join Angela from the Merri Creek Management Committee to learn about your local bushland reserve and delve into the history of the area.

The walk and talk will begin at the end of Topaz Grove in South Morang where you will meet your host before venturing up the majestic Granite Hills Park. The walk is a little steep in parts but we will take our time stopping to look at the native plants along the way.

We will learn about the plants and animals that frequent this special park. We'll look at the seasons and how the park changes because of them and how the park has changed historically.

Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. The walk is recommended for ages 10+. Younger children are welcome however the content is for adults and older children.
