Conservation Walk and Talk: Forest Therapy

Next date: Saturday, 10 May 2025 | 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Emma and Rob from Its Naturally You will join us on a guided walk through a scenic conservation reserve nestled in the heart of Epping North. The trail will take approximately 2.5 hours.

This forest therapy experience is crafted to help you relax and connect with your senses and surroundings.

Different from a traditional bushwalk, forest therapy prioritises the journey over the destination.

It offers a deliberate, mindful and serene approach to immersing yourself in nature.

Plus, there’s a small snack to enjoy together at the end.
