The Dementia and Memory program assists those experiencing dementia, early signs of dementia and memory loss with a chance to connect socially and to stay active and engaged in the community. It also provides respite for carers.

Cost

$18 for Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).

Please note you must be receiving CHSP funding to attend.
