The City of Whittlesea and the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR), invites you to Unwrapped – Food and Beverage Quick Bites.
This focused gathering aims to discuss the contemporary challenges, synergies and opportunities within the food and beverage industry. A light-standing breakfast will be provided.
Hosted by Erica Dubern from DJSIR, the morning commences with a tour of the Whittlesea Tech School, providing the perfect foundation for an insightful learning session.
The event includes an interactive and insightful "Quick Bites" panel Q&A, featuring expert presenters who will discuss the role of advanced manufacturing and AI in achieving labour and energy/sustainability efficiencies and improving food safety and quality traceability / ESG reporting.
