Residents are invited to make submissions on the draft Council Plan Update including the Council Action Plan and the proposed Strategic Resource Plan.

Submissions should be marked to the attention of Chief Executive Officer, City of Whittlesea.

A submission form can be lodged in the following ways:

  • online 
  • email to: info@whittlesea.vic.gov.au
  • post to:  Locked Bag 1, Bundoora, MDC, 3083; or
  • deliver to: Council Offices, 25 Ferres Boulevard, South Morang.

Submissions open on Thursday 28 March and must be lodged before 5pm on Friday 26 April 2019.

You do not need to use the form but if you do not then please provide the information we are asking for in this form.

An Advisory Committee of Council will hear and consider all submissions on Wednesday 22 May 2019 in the Fountain View Room at the Council Offices, 25 Ferres Boulevard, South Morang.

If you wish to appear in person at the meeting, or be represented by a person specified in your submission, to be heard in support of your submission and there are any adjustments we can make to assist you to actively participate, please inform the Governance Team at the time of making your submission on 9217 2294.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this meeting. 

Please note, when attending a Public Submissions Meeting, upon arrival you will be required to sign in and wear a visitor pass for the duration of your attendance at the meeting - please remember to bring you photo identification.

Council will meet to discuss the Advisory Committee's recommendations and the adoption of the Council Plan 2017-2021 UPDATE 2019 and Council Action Plan 2019 – 2020 A place for all at a Special Council Meeting on Thursday 6 June 2019.
