The outdoor area at the Carrington Children’s Centre in Thomastown will be upgraded, providing local playgroups with a safe and inclusive place to learn and play.
Carrington Children’s Centre is home to a number of playgroups catering for children of diverse needs.
The new outdoor learning and play space will include a range of elements to encourage natural exploration and create sensory experiences for the children.
It will include swings, slide, trampoline, water pump, a mud kitchen and a vegetable garden.
Construction will begin in May and is expected to be completed by the end of June 2021.
