Mernda Adventure Park

Mernda Adventure Park, on Mernda Village Drive, underwent a refurbishment in 2022. The works included:

• new play equipment
• an update to the existing play structures
• new shelters
• picnic settings
• barbecue
• drinking fountain
• replacement of all surfaces
• landscaping works with new plants and garden beds.

Even the iconic horses are getting a makeover. They’ll be refurbished to look better than ever!

Public toilet

Two unisex accessible cubicles with baby change facilities were installed at the park in late 2021, with the support of a generous $150,000 contribution from the Victorian Government's Growing Suburbs Fund.

Creek Park dog off-leash area

The Creek Park dog off-leash area also recently underwent an upgrade. The park now includes:

• a fenced quiet dog zone
• granitic gravel surfaces for high use areas
• improvements to the grass surface
• additional seating and shelters
• new planting and landscaping.
