Do you have questions about the new cat regulations in the City of Whittlesea?

From 1 August 2023, all cats in the City of Whittlesea must be confined to their owners’ property or under effective control when outside the property. All cats being registered for the first time must also be desexed.

To help answer your questions and assist with practical support the Animal Management team from the City of Whittlesea will be attending.
