Highlights

To celebrate World Environment Day, we're hosting a community tree planting day at Linacre Park.

We'll be planting native flora to create the perfect habitat for insects, birds and wildlife.

You'll also have the opportunity to learn more about the park from Council’s Environment Education Officer and enjoy a ‘walk and talk’ with contractor Indigenous Design.

Experience the thrill of watching a snake handler in action and meet members of a local wildlife rescue group and Friends of Plenty Gorge.

There's also free coffee and morning tea for the first 100 people who attend!
