Cultural Heritage Grants
The City of Whittlesea is excited to offer the Cultural Heritage Funding Program (CHFP) Grant. Up to $2000 is available to support projects that showcase and celebrate the diverse cultural heritage of our community. Cultural heritage includes the many ways of living developed by communities. These traditions have been passed down through generations, maintained in the present and grown on as a legacy for future generations. This legacy may include physical artefacts and objects, customs, practices, values, artistic expressions and stories.

Community information session and grant writing workshop
Council will be delivering an information session and a grant writing workshop for these grants on the following dates. Due to the limited spaces, please register for one session only.
Session 1 - Tuesday 18 October 2022

Acquittal of all grants
Acquitting is a mandatory part of the Cultural Heritage Grants, and details how grant money was spent and outcomes of the project.
To be eligible for future funding from Council, groups need to acquit all previous grants.
Complete an acquittal form online via SmartyGrants (select 'My Submissions' to view any outstanding acquittals).
