We developed a master plan covering the Thomastown and Lalor shopping centres.
About the master plan
In 2011 we developed a Neighbourhood Activity Centre Master Plan covering the Thomastown shopping strip in High Street, and the Lalor shopping centre in Station Street and May Road. We also allocated $2 million for improvements to the shopping centres. The plan was adopted on 13 December 2011.
What the plan includes
The master plan describes a vision for these busy local shopping precincts. It also guides improvements to streetscapes and public realm.
