Guidelines for Urban Development Manual
The Guidelines for Urban Development represent an integrated sustainable planning, landscaping and engineering framework for the preparation of subdivision layouts and the creation of infrastructure for new developments.
The Guidelines for Urban Development reference several documents, including the Engineering Design and Construction Manual (EDCM) published by the Victorian Planning Authority (VPA), and do not override the requirements of the EDCM standards.
